Display Division - Flexible Material
SNW, Silver Nanowires
With the popularity of interactive whiteboard over 86 inches in recent years, and the development of foldable small and medium-sized touch devices, Silver Nanowire Film have become a popular material choice. Compared with existing conductive materials such as ITO and Metal Mesh, Silver Nanowire Film is super flexible and excellent stretchability. From the early stage of production, the Silver Nanowires ink formula can be customized according to requirements, and the surface resistance can also be adjusted during coating and film formation. SNW formulations are designed for roll-to-roll slot die coating process, and suitable for plastic substrates. It is currently the most efficient and low-cost process. SNW is super flexible and excellent stretchability, conforming to the contours of the substrate.
Silver Nanowire Film
1
Superior Conductivity.
2
Excellent Stretchability - SNW is super flexible and ductile, conforming to the contours of the substrate.
3
High Transparency.
4
Remarkable Bendability - Patterned lines stable for >400,000 cycles.
MOS Film
MOS Film, Metal on Silver Nanowire Film
MOS sensor process is similar to MOI (Metal on ITO), high cost-effectiveness.
Breaking through the limits of existing specifications, the line width and line spacing of the flexible touch sensor can be up to one-third of the general slim border sensor (L/S=10/10um).
