CPI (Colorless Polyimide)
CPI has excellent color stability, overcomes the shortcomings of traditional PI that turns yellow when exposed to heat, and achieves a transparent effect, and CPI has high heat resistance, high reliability, flex resistance, low density, low dielectric constant, low CTE, and easy to realize fine graphics Circuit processing and other characteristics. Especially suitable for being used as a flexible substrate, used in electrical or electronic devices which require excellent thermal resistance, or used as the insulating material for semiconductors.
